We are a Christian-owned full-service event company dedicated to helping bring your celebrations to life. We specialize in event rentals, floral design, and event coordination, while also offering the flexibility to package additional vendor services to meet each client's unique needs and budget.
Event Rentals
Our rentals are designed to complement our coordination services and are available exclusively to clients who book a coordinating package with us and/or use our floral services. Rather than simply dropping off rentals, we can incorporate your tables, chairs, linens, decor, and other rental items into your overall package, helping create a cohesive and beautifully executed celebration without having to hire out a bunch of different vendors.

Our white resin folding chairs are a beautiful choice for any event. Their clean, classic design pairs effortlessly with any event style and provides comfortable seating for your guests.
Folding Tables
We offer a wide variety of tables to suit your needs. Choose from round or rectangular to create the perfect layout for your celebration. We have 6 and 8 foot rectangular and 48 and 60 inch rounds.
Table Linens
From simple, budget-friendly to elevated and luxurious, we offer table linens to complement your event style and budget. Choose from classic polyester or upgrade to our premium linens for added elegance.

Full Planning
From the first idea to the final send-off, Cortes Event Co. is here to bring your vision to life. Our full planning package provides guidance and support throughout the entire planning process, from booking the vendors, to keeping you on track so you can enjoy your engagement.
Decorating
Our decorating package includes setup and breakdown of your decor, tablescapes, linens, and other event details you've selected. We'll make sure everything is beautifully placed and ready for your guests before the celebration begins, then return the space to its original condition afterwards.
Floral Design
At Cortes Event Co., we specialize in high-quality faux floral arrangements that provide the look and elegance of fresh flowers, but without the high ticket price. Our arrangements are available for day-of use when added to your coordinating package so you don't have the worry of fresh flowers going to waste after the event has ended. From bouquets and centerpieces to ceremony arrangements and statement pieces, our pre-made faux florals helps save you time and money.
Prefer the beauty and fragrance of fresh flowers? We also work with our trusted floral partner, Jubilee Events & Design, to provide custom fresh floral arrangements for your special occasion.
